heaters and heated bed of my 3D printer are not giving stable reads. If temp is set to 190 the extruder will fluctuate +/- 10 degrees. Bed fluctuates +/- 2 degrees. tests have been done, board swapped PID tunned done, no change. I need someone with knowledge and experience as manny people have tried to fix it but there has been no succes.

i want to know more info since u said u tried the pid tuning , but have u tried the bang bang control ?? also i would like to know does the temp just drop while printing or even if u heat the extruder without printing ? just keep me in the loop , im really interested about this problem :)
