Main Screen to contain below real time data for all machines

Part name (Part number) with Machine name

Current status (with downtime code) - Color coding (Green --ok Red--not ok)

Target and current parts being produced - Color coding

After clicking on one of the machines on Main Screen and Logging in, user will arrive to the Front Screen

Front Screen to contain below real time + 1 previous shift data for each machine

Part name (Part number) with Machine name

Current status (with downtime code) - Color coding

Target and current parts being produced - Color coding

Target and Current Cycle Time

OEE

PPM (% Rejection)

Hydraulic pressure v/s cycle time

Screw position v/s cycle time

Alarms/Warnings

Oil Temp

Oil Level

Any other JH/PM monitoring

After further clicking on the Front Screen, user will arrive to the Back Screen where user will enter the period of time and part number (or part name)

Back Screen to contain up to 1 yr. history for each machine with the below data

OEE

PPM (% Rejection)

Cycle Time

Target Cycle Time

Hydraulic pressure v/s cycle time

Screw position v/s cycle time

Alarms/Warnings

Oil Temp

Oil Level

Any other JH/PM monitoring

IOT Data

Machine name – Automatic

Part name (Part number) - Can be manually entered (machine should not start until entered)

Current status – Automatic from machine

Downtime Code – Manual (Machine should not start until entered)

Target parts being produced – To be taken from Excel file provided by us

Target Cycle Time - To be taken from Excel file provided by us

Current Cycle Time – Automatic from machine

Current parts being produced – To be taken from no. of Barcode produced minus no. of rejections

OEE – Automatic Calculation

PPM (% Rejection) – Automatic Calculation

Hydraulic pressure v/s cycle time - Sensor/PLC data from machine

Screw position v/s cycle time – Sensor/PLC data from machine

Alarms/Warnings – PLC/IO data from machine

Oil Temp – Sensor/PLC from machine

Oil Level - Sensor/PLC from machine

Any other JH/PM monitoring – 10 new Sensors to be added on machine for collecting further data
