Hello. I am willing to cooperate with you, but unfortunately your description lacks specification what IO devices your rig will use (the lpc1768 itself does not contain any). Type of display is crucial here, as amount of work required to drive certain displays' types vary. Type of input device is also significant (will it be some sort of simple keyboard, or just raw switches for player's movement and attack?).

When you say a game, do you mean joystick control?When you say LCD, do you mean dot matrix LCD display for displaying score or a graphical LCD ?
