158797 Real-time Neural Networking

I am looking for somebody to create a neural networking trading software for a betting exchange. It will need to be able to train from a csv with my selected inputs to predict which whether the odds are going to move and which way and whether to get in to a trade, close a trade or not enter. This will need be able to work live after training through either vb or excel to allow for constant training. I will also need to test it thoroughly on untrained data to verify it isn't overfitted.
