Fix my Fedora 9 upgrade installation.

I attempted to complete a yum upgrade from Fedora 6 straight to Fedora 9 and have a failed upgrade half way through. I need someone to correct my actions include (re)install the latest LAMP applications. I will provide a list of applications that are causing yum to fail any additional upgrades. This is a remote VPS server so please do not bid if you have never recovered a failed RedHat distro before. I have many years of linux experience however I'm tired of dealing with this machine and would prefer someone else do the work for me. Thanks, Yeshua
