Breif technical description:
An application built for mobile devices either for J2ME(java) supporting devices or for a symbian platform, possible extension of the project could be to build support for both platforms. The application must be build with 2 way communication capeabilities to a remote server, through http/https or some other protocol that you may think is better. Crypto and other generic security concerns must also be addressed, such as random seeding.
All graphics, symbols, logos and sounds will be provided for, in a format you choose and think is best for the project. PNG?
