Software license model- SaaS

I am looking for an experienced consultant/advisor in building a licensing model for global SaaS applications. Our market i clarly defined and it is of global nature. We are addressing approxomately 50.000 users globally. We need advice on how to estimate number of users we attract at various price levels, price flexibility etc. ----- [login to view URL]: UPDATE PROJECT DESCRIPTION ----- This assignment is mostly an analytical and advisory process. The consultant should work closely with me and two others from the company. The current situation is that the company is in its final stage of the product development, getting ready for launch the product. Pricing has so far been done on the basis of "gut feeling". We are looking for an advisor who can work with us by suggesting various strategies and pricing models and help us analyzing the effects of the various models. There are no explicit competitors in this market. We he will therefore define the reference model for any potential competitors entering the market at a later stage. The model you will work according to can be along the following lines: 1. First on-line workshop a. we present the product, the market, the business advantages the product offers some thoughts of the market expansion we currently have in our thoughts. b. You ask all the questions you need to clarify and prepare your foundation for the next meeting 2. Second on-line workshop a. You present your suggested alternatives for pricing models including SWOT analysis for the alternatives. You clarify questions that can help choose the optimal model. b. We discuss these and jointly and agree on next steps 3. For the workshop 1 and 2 we suggest to pay 2 hrs pr workshop and 8 hrs work for your preparation of the second workshop. (total 12 hrs) 4. Further analysis and workshops will be agreed based on the second workshop.
