Develop Design Specifications for Ourtravellinks multisite suite

If you look at the attached business layout, you will see we have plans to build a website called 'ourtravellinks' that then connect to multiple child sites. We already have the child site template built in the latest joomla for [login to view URL], and an older version of it live however not actively in use [login to view URL] based on the initial concept. A 'scope of work' document descripbes the full list of changes we wish to have made to the old version as we build the new one. Before we can build however, we need to develop full specifications of - what each site is to be capable of in terms of user interaction - how the data maps between the various sites, which sites contain individual data, and what data is shared across the whole suite (eg login informaion) - wireframes for the various interfaces of the 3 parent sitese, and also that our ourrooms - the first of the child sites - other technical diagrams and specifications that will be used by developers to build the sites accurately This project does not contain any actual coding. We expect the designs deliverable in formats we can read (eg pdf) so we can print, annotate and check over them to ensure they are as we need them. If you are able to provide an online login to a software package where you are building them, we may be able to work directly on them with you. If you are unsure of what should be placed in diagrams, provide us with half built diagrams with questions and blank spaces so we can fill in what you don't yet know. The idea of this project is to make sure you understand what we are after, and the information is translated in a way your developers can use it. We will therefore be heavily involved in the process answering questions along the way as to what we are thinking each site should do and look like, however it will be your responsibility to put that into diagrams that both ends can work with. We aren't able to do the initial diagrams in a way you can use them which is why we are asking you to develop them how you want them, and we can edit them for you. The project will be considered complete when both parties are happy that the specs are accurate, and usable in construction of the 3 website templates.
