i would like to have an architecture to check zoning details of my project: Address: 1496 NE 135 ST, North Miami, 33161 Concern: can we build residential building include 14 units or what is max units for this building? as per Zoning, we can build residential building with max 9261 SQFT, with max 3 stories but i can see we can have permit to build community residential with 7-14 unit, is it allowed? and if not allowed what is max unit i can have it in this building?
