I am in need of a freelancer who can help me create a floor plan and elevation for my residential property. I am looking for a traditional style for my home and it will require two levels.
The ground floor will be parking plus one toilet.
The first floor will have 1 bedroom, 1 toilet, kitchen, living area
The second floor will have 2 bedrooms.
I am planning to have a veranda on the second floor by creating an opening in the roof for lighting and ventilation.
This is a compact plot size so natural light, and airflow are the most important elements. Designers can add/modify my ideas.
Candidates only need to submit floor plans for the first and second floors and elevation design of the building.
Plot size 16x40 feet. India. Rural Area. open on both narrow sides
