I can do most construction projects without any resourcing. Although i always resource for ensurety. I can deliver this project completed witin four hours. I can guarantee pricing for materials and I can provide for labor the low hi and normal labor cost. Also I know about construction having un expected costs and I will also recommend a 15% of cost pricing ( (100=15) be added to estimate in the form of a retainer for these situations and if project goes great this retainer is not charged to the client however it secures both contractor and client during project.
