Looking to hire a graphic design team or build one who work on illustrations.

We want individuals or a team that can support us for at least 6months. We have planned to outsource a certain function of our project. This association would be over multiple projects. We need multiple vector icons of different exported in different sizes and styles based on project type and theme. Either we will provide you a stock image and you edit/modify it or you will have to create them from scratch to suit the overall theme of the project. (Can be a combination too) You will have to follow a certain naming convention we provide and deliver the files on our google drive folder. Payment terms: If fixed amount decided. The terms would be : 50% advance will be paid upfront. 25% at 50% progress the rest 25% when the project status is closed. Sample testing will be done as we need to secure the right fit before outsourcing. As this is a long term association as we work on 1- 10 projects a month based on project size. You can get paid a constant % from our project based on negotiations or a fixed pay for certain package you can offer. We believe the work can fit along with your other freelance projects. The length of a project is between 3 weeks to 4 months. We will give you two eps files I.e one icon design and an image to edit and one icon of our choice will be given to construct based on the instructions we provide. We are testing your skills on these factors : 1. How well are you able to adapt to a theme. 2. How well do you understand our instructions and your engagement and interaction with us. 3. How quick do you deliver - 12- 48 hours is the average time for most task targets . 4. Your illustration skills 5. How well can you edit to glorify a theme based on your vision. 6. Bonus for adobe bridged meta data enabled files using ubersuggest for keyword embedding. We are looking for a team or two- four freelancers that would like to join us. We may give additional paid work such as logo design, print designs, social posts, muse designing , infographics etc during the course of an existing project.
