I have a site that was created with Front Page. I am adding a newsletter, and have the front end form and a member log in section on the page. I need a database to be created that will allow for authorized member log ins. I also need the newsletter to submit emails to a different email database that I can send monthly newsletters to. I can do some of the work if told what I need to do, but don\\\'t have enough knowledge of setting up databases. I have a non Windows/non ASP server, but do have mySQL available from my Web host if that means anything. I would like this done in the next week or two if possible, but it\\\'s not vital. As it is a start up site, my budget is very limited.

Your news and login information have to be saved into a database (your case mySQL). You need a programming language like (ASP, PHP, JSP etc.) that will generate the dinamic content using the info. from the dabase\'s tables. In your case (Linux server) it\'s most likely to have PHP installed. Check to see if you do and search the web, there are millions of scripts out there that set a login, or create a news dynamic page on a PHP environment...

We recomand LAMP platform to develop this application. Since you have a Linux server you also have PHP and Mysql. This kind of project is a classic one and the solution was established/finished ages ago we need to adopt it to your specific needs.
