Perform plumbing and mechanical piping takeoff (Must know Canadian (British Columbia) plumbing codes)

We are looking for someone who is capable of performing quantity takeoffs for plumbing and mechanical piping only (we are NOT looking for sheet metal or ductwork takeoffs. We are only looking for Domestic Water, Gas, Sanitary, Storm, Refrigeration piping, etc.). This individual must know how to read mechanical drawings and specifications and provide quantity/length of pipe (what they see on the 2D drawings and the risers that are not shown) in addition to quantities and sizes for any fittings, hangers, etc. that required and include which piping system they are taking off. This individual must be familiar with the Canadian (British Columbia is an asset) plumbing codes. Treat this post as your job interview. Please see the attached and provide takeoffs for Domestic Water, Sanitary Piping and Gas piping (and any other piping that you see). Include how many feet of pipe you see per system and what are the sizes of those pipes in addition to any fittings (elbows, tees, etc), hangers, couplings. We will pay you $10 for your efforts if reasonable. Should you pass our test, we would like to award you on-going projects. The payment for our projects will be based on your skill level and quality of work as well as the size of the project. We are looking for committed individuals and if we are happy with your work, we can award you on-going projects and even discuss a raise. Thank you and we are looking forward to your submittals.
