Hello, I’m a mechanical engineer with good skills in reading and doing quantities takeoff (Quantity Survey) and creating an estimation of cost and budgeting for nearly most disciplines. I use software such as PDF-Exchange, and VU-360 (Blue Book) for extracting the quantities from plans and using RS Means to estimate the labor, equipment, and materials cost to build the required estimate. I’m adaptable to use any estimation software fast and efficient. I can complete the job for you.
