We would like to extend our existing house to include a living space, bedroom ensuite, laundry with optional verandah & pergola attached at the rear. Would like a separate estimate quote for these two options plus renovations as detailed below. 1. Building extension and kitchen sink island renovation - 8.5m x 8.5 m, Plus verandah and pergola 4m x 8.5m 2. Building extension and kitchen sink island renovation - 6.5m x 8.5 m, Plus verandah and pergola 3m x 8.5m 3. Plus Carport 4. Plus All minor renovations to the existing building as detailed below. I am hoping for a traditional fireplace embedded into the wall. Example attached Our preference is living space with timber on slab floor opening onto a concrete (or deck) verandah space, bathroom tiled and bedroom well furnished with carpet. We would like to hear your suggestions in regards to what others prefer, current fashion and what you have done recently. Tiled roof for all the building. (or tiled for main building and sheet roof for the veranda) Bricks walls. some other requirements Extension: Extended portion to be lowered by 30-50cms - overall ceiling height >3metres in living/dining space Roof to extend onto veranda space - with awnings. All existing windows re-done with wooden panels, bay window in Bedroom 2 All lights changed to led ceiling down lights All doors and panels painted white.
