Convert AutoCAD files made in MODEL to LAYOUTS, create viewports

We are looking to hire a CAD professional for several residential and retail interior design projects. Candidate must have strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Please provide an example of CAD, *.DWG file (saved in 2007 version, not later) showing the ability to work with x-references, viewports, and layouts. You need to demonstrate your skills to prepare an AutoCAD drawing made in model space for plotting to paper or PDF, splitting general file to separate pages like Title Page, General Plan, Reflected Ceiling Plan, Lighting Diagram, Finishes Schedule, Notes, Details, etc. Do not send PDF files, please.
