491744 Asp code fix after server change

I have a asp based site on a jodohost server. They changed servers and updated some security settings, and now parts do not work
The host made this change:
As we said earlier that, Your client has been using using "[url removed, login to view]" in there code but we have disabled persist upload on server due to security reason because it is highly insecure code. So that we have disabled this on server.

Also I have tried to upload a new staff profile and still getting the same
error code.
I can edit the profiles that are already there but I can't create a new one.
