Graphics illustrator needed to design header graphic

Hi, I have a client who wants an illustration drawing for a 800px X 195px website header. I have attached a company logo and photo of a red pallet. The Logo can be used as is but the Australian pallet is just an example for the illustration. This is what my client has stated he was looking for: "What I was thinking was perhaps to have an outline of a pallet, maybe two pallets a red one and a blue one, perhaps nesting in a hand. Maybe a hand with a glove on. Symbolising care." YOUR OWN IDEAS ARE WELCOME. So in short I need a good illustrator/graphic designer who could draw and incorporate this into a nice looking website header design. Any question please ask. I look forward to your bid. Steve
