Part time ID needed (Instructional Design) w/ Articulate experience

This is for a part time, but ongoing work. We are looking for someone between 12-20 hours a week, which, if we can grow, we will move to a full time role. I'm looking for an experienced instructional designer to work with me to create a part-time online course. I already have the content ready, and I need someone who is familiar with the Articulate Storyline/Rise platform to work on the project. It is important that the chosen individual is highly skilled in the design and production of online course materials. We will ask you to show experience by offering you a paid trial to fix/replace/modify some things to see how you can handle the casework. In this project, the instructional designer will take the content that I have provided and turn it into a comprehensive and interactive online course. This includes transforming the content into visual presentations, quizzes, engaging activities and other multimedia elements which will aid in teaching the course material effectively. The ID should also be able to test the course and ensure that it works flawlessly and meets the goals of the project. Along with this, they should have a keen eye for aesthetics-- the course should look sharp, professional, and visually appealing and moves freely without loops or hiccups. We are using Moodle as our LMS and if you know Moodle and how to upload/save for Moodle LMS, that is a great bonus as well. This part-time project requires an individual who is experienced in using the Articulate suite of programs to create interactive e-learning courses.
