I am a medical physician engaged in the provision of integrated wellness and longevity care to my patients. The project is to write six 4 to 5 page articles about different wellness related topics. The overriding general theme is "strengthening the immune system". Each article is to include current science and medical based facts. All articles are to include a minimum of five hyperlinks to science or medical papers supporting the stated facts in the articles. Each article is to be written to an ninth grade level of comprehension. Topics include: 1. Stress Reduction Techniques. 2. Different forms of and medical benefits of Exercise. 3. Healthy Diet- To include encouraging eating healthy. 4. Sleeping- Current findings on sleep for health. 5. Social Bonding-The medical and scientific importance of maintaining regular social contact. 6. Limiting exposure to toxins. The purpose is to provide readers with "nuggets" of health related information to educate about previously unknown topics and encourage further exploration. I require writing samples of the contractee and must approve the outline of the articles before the project is awarded. I will provide an expanded explanation upon awarding of project. I require an NDA be signed by contractee before project begins.
