Hi, I'm looking for journalists who can monitor developments in the biometrics and security technology industries in several Southeast Asian countries, for a proprietary newsletter. Your job will be to summarize press reports in both local English and local-language press, and provide links to the original stories. Pending developments, there may be opportunities for original reporting as well. I need writers who: - Can summarize quickly - Can rewrite articles in a punchy manner - Understand technology - Have excellent command of English, as well as country-specific languages This job is potentially long term, but should not take more than 1-2 hours/week. Submissions once per week, at a rate of $10 per submission. Each article will be between 100 and 200 words, plus url link, and can be sent via email or as Word doc. Writers sought for Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Laos, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam. Must be resident in that country, and fluent in local language (spoken and written) as well as English. If possible, please include samples of your work. No bylines on finished product.
