New Years Contract- Writer Needed

Good day, I appreciate you showing interest to work with me. But before you bid, I would request you to read project thoroughly and oly to submit your bid if you agree to all. So, I am in need of Hiring some responsible and proper writers who would be with me for a long time, as I need regular work done. Terms which you must follow and Agree to bid: You have to be able to write 3000+-4000+ words per day without any issue. You Must accept 1 CAD or 0.8 USD per 100 words. Meaning 8 USD per 1000 words. I need Proper quality work. Not something which is not readable, Spun work done by software or copyscape fail, or submitted after deadline. The reason for paying good amount is only because I need everything perfect. Don’t bother to bid f you got baggage or cant provide proper quality work within timeframe. Also, don’t bother to bid if you use spinner. You would waste my time and yours only. Pay is done only on weekly basis on Wednesday. I am not going to pay any advance or milestone. If you do not agree, simply do not bid. You must be seriously involved in work. If you are too busy, got too many issues or problems in your life, there is no need to bid. I am looking to work with people who can be with me for long term without any issues.
