Draft emails to send to book authors. I have a template and have already completed a few. We create a new column before the 'pitch sent' column in a s/s with author details with a draft email following the template. Each email/cell should only take 1-2 minutes as the details are already available in sheet. The template is as follows:

As you can see the *area of achievement* portion comes directly from the comments column in the spreadsheet.
You wouldn't need to send any of the emails, just draft them and have them in the corresponding cell in the highlighted "draft emails" column - I'd then proof read and send from my email address (copy and pasting)
All authors in sheet require an email drafted (approximately 250)
