Content Writer

What will you do:
Your key responsibilities under the direction of senior management will be:
Initiate, plan and write creative content for the company’s brands including blogs, email campaign content, web page content and ads/posts for social platforms
Proactively seek out influencers and PR opportunities within the online and traditional media spaces that add value to the company’s brands
Manage and grow the company’s social platforms with an emphasis on community engagement
What is the criteria for the role:
Essential criteria:
Undergraduate degree either in journalism, marketing/advertising or PR/communications or related qualification
Strong writing skills including speed and quality of script
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Excellent copywriting and editorial skills, with experience in developing persuasive and engaging content (demonstrated)
Experience or some knowledge of online media and PR
Some experience in search engine optimisation techniques and strategies
Ability to scope activity, agree on expectations, define and manage deadlines and prioritise tasks
Desired skills (not essential):
Experience writing about Immigration law/ Legal services
Experience with web design and optimisation including AB split testing
Some design and image editing skills in Adobe suite such as photoshop, illustrator and Indesign
