arduino web server upgrade

i have a perfect running arduino file, which can grab the temperature and pm2.5 reading and show the data on the PC screen through c# exe program. It can also switch off the relay when either of the temperature or pm2.5 reading exceed the default value, it also shows the current pm2.5 and temperature on small LCD screen. I want to preserve all function and upgrade the code, as the data can only shown in PC windows or linux now, i want to show the data on the web page format, so that i can see these data on any platform, especially on my mobile phone. I want the data shown in web page to be real time or at least refresh frequently. I am now using mega 2560 with w5100 ethernet board and 12 relays, 12 thermistor and one pm2.5 sensor, all you need to do is to preserve all functions, build a web server on arduino mega2560 using "Webduino" library or other library, the orginal c# communication does not need.
