simple applescript numbers

I have a software that exports CSV, and another that imports CSV, some changes need to be made to make it work though. I need an applescript written that I can run in numbers so that this can be done automatically. Sample source file attached. This is what it needs to do. Column P, Y,Z, AA, AB, AC, AK, Change Yes to TRUE, No to False Column R, V, W, X, AD, AE, AG, BG, BH, BZ, CA, CB, CG, CH change FOUND to TRUE change Did Not Find to FALSE change didn't find to FALSE can you do this? how many gigs? how long will it take?
