I would like to hire a Freelancer API Developer

I am using Withings Activite Pop activity trackers for research projects. I need a developer to code a program using Withings API immediately. The requirements of the program are the following:

1. The ability to set up multiple groups (with each group representing one research project), in which the group is a closed, invite-only group that allows multiple administrators (Lisa and RAs);

2. Where participants enrolled in the research study can sign up for the specified group via email;

3. That pulls daily step count data from their Health Mate app and stores/records it;

4. Where data is visible to the administrators but is hidden from other group members (as we are not setting up competitions or leaderboards and participants may not want their steps visible to all);

Ideally, this program should allow for the administrators to view or pull one individual participant's step count data all together, in a chart or spreadsheet, for data analysis purposes.
