Design and build SMS field work deployment app using Twilio 2-way sms api. Workflow: admin can create unlimited user (worker) groups and create job templates (job summary and full Job details). Admin sends basic details of available job to group of workers based on location via sms. The first worker to accept the job via replying to the sms is awarded job and full details of job automatically get sent to worker via sms. Workers who did not accept or decline or did not respond to original job offer sms automatically sent an SMS advising that job has now been filled. See basic example: [login to view URL]
