One Fruit Online -- 2

i'm on day 3 of making a game based on a show called "one piece" other games based on one piece "blox fruits" "king leacy" "true piece" "grand king online" i'm trying to get a good stats system you will get 3 stat points by leveling up and i need help with making quests by doing the quests you will talk to an NPC and he will say as an example "kill 5 bandits and i will reward you with 100 exp and 50 beli for the exp part after leveling up u will recive stats points with them u can upgrade your meele strenght, energy, devil fruit power, and sword. by upgrading this you will get stronger and as i said u get level by doing the i want for level 1-10 the npc's to be bandits then after reaching level 10 you qwill be able to go to a new NPC which gives you a quest to defeat 3 NPC's with higher health and strenght then you will be able to go to the NPC over and over again and when you reach level 20 you will go to a new NPC and u talk to him and he gonna give you a quest that says defeat boss smoker. smoker will have power of kind of wind and if u know the show one piece smoke has a kind of sword when killing him it will be a 10% drop rate of a wind sword then after killing him so you reach level 30 you will be able to go to an NPC who sells boat and u will go on the water to another island with kinda the same thing, they get stronger by time and every boss will have an drop rate of 10% after each level you will be needing more and more exp to level up but the stronger enemy they drop more exp and beli/ the money system and there will be npcs´'s from level 0-10 to 10-20 20-30 then travel island then 30-45 then 45-65 travel island then 65-80 then 80-100 then 100-120 then travel island then 120-140 then 140-170 then 170-195 then travel island 195-225 then 225-250 then 250-300then travel island 300-350 then350-375 then 375-400 then travel island then 400- 450 then 450-475 then 475-500 then travel island 500-550 then 550-575 then 575-600 then travels island 600-625 then 625-650 then 650-700 and there we at the last island i want to be able to dash foward by clicking button "Q" and when starting game it will be 2 options play and change skin play = get in the game change skin = make ur own outfit in game u can pick diffrent hair, face, shirts, and pants and hats customise colors and make the water so u can sail with boats on but if u fall in u will start dealing dmg and at every island put a guy saying "whoud you like ur spawn here?" if you say yes u spawn at the new island i uploaded a picture file that is my current system i whoud like to have a better one please.
