Flash Web Banners

I need to animate two flash web banners, they are two separate looks and both need to be at 300x250. I am providing screen shots of the artwork and will send the psd when the project is awarded. They are very simple to understand. • The first project is a weight lifter who is lifting up the headline; it should animate with the bone tool from flash and the lifting of the animation should resemble this: [login to view URL] The last frame can be animated where the milk splashes up and freezes in place and the text fades in or swipes in. • The second animation is like a box that flips downwards and you can see the top text and middle text, but when the box flips down the middle text disappears, kind of like a 3d box. On this particular version, I do not have a psd but you can use the assets from the one above, and borrow the photos of the people from the screen shot.
