We need an experienced graphic designer who can create a 3D avatar with some transitions and animations as per our requirement. We will provide the 2D images which shall be converted to 3D images. The image shall be facing towards left side initially, It shall rotate from that position to 90 degrees till it shows front face. The face shall be distorted at first and while rotating it shall transform into a static human face without any distortions.
