Animated video ad set for single product DTC ecommerce business

Automated bids will be ignored. I'm looking to move fast and work with freelancers only. We are a single product direct-to-consumer e-commerce business in need of video ads for Facebook and Instagram primarily, but also TikTok and Snapchat. The product that we sell looks just like a credit card. We have very little professional footage of the actual product and limited mockups to work off of. We have been using the mockups in existing advertising. We have only done static ads online so far. You are going to have to animate the card in the ad you create. I'm looking for at least three videos: A 30s video and two 15s videos. No voiceover/script is required. These videos will be run ads at least on Facebook and Instagram. I can provide: - Logo - Product mockup - Limited professional footage (really just designed to give you the look/feel of the product) - Examples of the headlines and copy that convert the best online - Examples of our limited current static advertising What I expect: - Current knowledge of trends about videos that convert the most e-commerce sales, and why - At least three (1 30s, 2 15s) videos showing our product (that looks like a key card) along with our best current copy - A lot of creative independence since we are new and have little to no design assets to work with - Ability to take our product, website, and existing selling points and create a video that converts online sales for our business. If you can provide more than three videos within the budget please let me know (and at what cost). Depending on your track record and expertise (on Upwork or off) I am open to all budget proposals.
