Adobe animate little game

I want to do something in Adobe Animate its gonna require some action script 3 knowledge I have a friend who said it's not gonna be possible I want to check if it is. So it's like an avatar u gonna be able to choose different colours of the same object just that they have to interact with themselves. I am at the beginning but I think its a work of few hours maybe even less if you would know what I am talking about.
