Resolving NGIX issue on Node.js and Angular.js Url in AWS server

I am looking for expert in AWS server, Node.js and Angular.js. My website hits 404 error when refreshing page. This issue starting happening after we removed #signs from our old site url in angular.js and upgraded. Now when users register on my website and receive mail verification link and when they click on the link they hit a blank page. Same thing happens when users receive password reset emails. I need some to quickly resolve this error by adding our NGIX code in our AWS server.
