MVP - Outsourcing deal management

We are planning to build a Mean Stack application with following features, 1. User Registration - Email confirmation required. 2. Assessment - User will input set of 15 - 20 values which will help him get final score/FTE required to manage a project. 3. User Role group with various access like admin, or component wise read, write, edit access 4. Task and Calendar - User can add one time or recurring events which will have reminders and show up in his calendar within the application. (No link to outlook at this moment. 5. Email - User can send email only to users within the application. 6. Documents library - upload document with matadata which will show up as tree structure like in windows folder 7. Deliverables - similar to recurring task but with different matadata. Feature Frequency module which can be used for recurrence Calendar Document view to view upload documents Customizable workflow Reminder Reports Technology : Mean Stack only Hosting : MS Azure Please provide fixed fee which may vary by upto 15% after details are discussed for following component, 1. Application Architecture 2. MVP development 3. Testing and security review 4. Hosting on MS Azure
