Everything gets stored in the DB. I am looking for someone who has a prior experience with messaging systems. You will have to use an existing open source library per your choice and NOT code everything from the scratch. In your bid please describe 1. in detail with what messaging libraries you have already worked with, give me the link to the library and a link to your app if it is running live. 2. how many hours do you think it will take you to put together the core functionality. 3. how many hours per week you can work 4. what is your experience with socket,io, angular and node.js
