See a live stream in Unity (Virtual Reality)

From 1 (MJPEG) stream (both Left and right eye), display the stream with minimal latency in the any Virtual reality platform which be free or open source.I would like the user to be able to move his head to see a specific zone in the [login to view URL] have a gyro sensor which will update my remote mjpeg camera (160 degree of view) axis this is done with my python server then i need make in unity simple VR android app maded inside unity which read gyro sensor (simple right and left detection) and send it over tcp to my specific server. In other words: - Input (MJPEG) video streams in Unity - Display one video stream for both eye - Have a minimum latency (under 200ms no cache) - Detect head position read left or right axis then send it over tcp like command - Make it inside unity but compiled for android -I need it for any android glasses google cardboard like... MORE DETAILS - It is simple project i have only simple vr glasses which is ideal for me for quantity and price.i have 120° Wide-angle USB Camera connected with python server and stream with [login to view URL] i need is simple android app which can be put inside VR glasses and sending axis from head to server and server will change camera [login to view URL] realtime mjpeg stream can be see inside VR [login to view URL] you got some ideas?
