I would like a solution for programming watering for about 100 points with wireless interface to connect the server. The solution as I have thought is as follows: a computer will send commands to the devices connected to activate - switching off the relay that will open and close the water valves, record how many liters of water have passed and how long they have been each Valves is open, it will record the temperature and humidity of the soil, battery voltage 24v and a digital input.
The process that is now manually done and we want to be automated is as follows,
1. pump water activation
2. Open Water valves at any point where we want the water to go
3. Close to the points where watering is completed and opening to the next points
4. Switching off the pump and closing on the open valves
The devices will be arduino with WiFi card or 3G modem to connect to the server.
The original implementation is for personal use and I will try to connect via WiFi, if this is not possible, 3G modem will be placed in the WiFi position.
The application on the server should be easy and not require high skills.
The one who gets the project should be able to improve the software for commercial purposes and build app for Android device with extra money.
