Prototype for Smart Universal Emengency platform & mobile client apps

Need a platform to be used for emergency with the following capabilities: ****I will need a paid for prototype first in a very short timeframe for a demo before the actual project***** - Mobile app clients (Android, iOS and Windows) available from app stores (Apple, Google and MS) - Citizens to be able to register and create a profile (Firstname, Surname, EmailID, Phone number, City, Country, Emergency contact person1, Emergency contact person1 phone number, Emergency contact person2, emergency contact person2 phone number) - Ability to invite friends - The system will detect the location data (language, country, city, coordinates) automatically based on which country the citizen is located . For instance if user is in UK the app automatically pickup UK emergency details from DB which user can use (special/sms) if needed and if the user travels to another country say the US it should update accordingly - The user should be able to voicecall, video call or send sms from the mobile app on his/her device - The user in extreme emergency situation can simply tap on a red button on the app labelled Emergency services to be able to request the server to send broadcast sms messages to emergency services (Fire, police, ambulance, and the 2 emergency contact persons in their profile) with a predefined text message e.g. <userA> need help urgently right now! You can find <userA> at <location coordinates> (Where the variables in brackets <> are replaced by corresponding values and location coordinates in the form of a url which can be opened with google maps On the Officer app - Dashboard to receive real-time alerts for emergencies. The alerts message will contains a link to the location where the user in need can be found - A map app to be able to view the location map from click on the link on the alert or manually enter location/address details and start a navigation - Ability to contact the emergency control room - Ability to voicemail, videocall and sms See attached diagram for proposed architecture
