need help fixing warnings in a small functional project -- 2

this might be a very easy / quick cash project. it's using broadcast intents, services, etc...the app works fine. it's not very deep. i'm currently working overtime on a different company project and i need these warnings gone as soon as possible. the app has warnings : unused declarations, entry points, and a few others as you can see in the screenshot below... I need all of the non-lint warnings gone from the Code Inspector - no app crashes if theyre fixed. you can view the screenshot i posted, and the code link below. i have to choose within 20 minutes have you can start immediately.
