Mobile app for fitness start up

I am looking for a mobile app developer who can create an app for my fitness start-up. The app should have the following features:
- allows users to follow videos on the screen and casting options
- connect to Spotify and Chromecast to tv
- Available on both iOS and Android platforms
- around 320, 1 min videos that are run off a workout plan. 25 videos each workout with 1 rest every 5 videos. 255 workouts need to be built from an excel sheet. eg level beginner, no equipment, workout 1 = 25 VIDEOS IN CORRECT ORDER FROM THE EXCEL SHEET.
- 5 options of levels from beginner to advanced
- 3 options of equipment use.
- full access to all information and data, eg source code.
- tutorials video at the start of every level with option to skip.
- intro video when opening the app
- subscription based with a week free trial with a referral discount code to receive a % off. This is for influences to help market the app
- I have wireframes and all exciting content (VIDEOS) ready
- the app need to be built and launched.
- guidance along the way to help me understand everything going on.
- on going support with updates once the job is done correctly and trust is built.
I have the app currently but cannot launch as I am having issues with the developer in Australia as the source code is not being handed over to me so I need to rebuild with a honest trustworthy developer.

I have a clear idea of how I want the app to look like and I would prefer if the developer can work with me to bring my vision to life. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing mobile apps for both iOS and Android platforms and should be able to provide suggestions on how to improve the app.
