REQUIREMENTS I want to develop a flutter app plus webapp for the project of Associations and it's members: The app shall be divided into: Super Admin Panel (for us, web only) Admin Panel (for managing members of the association, app plus web) Users (businessmen/member- app plus web) Details required from app: For user : 1. Registration and Log in for every member through email/mobile/social login 2. Business details required at the time of registration- Business name, address, photo, license(s) details and date of expiry of license(s). 3. Member details- personal + membership details, like name, age, contact details, email, photo, a separate membership no can be generated for every member. 4. Payments details- Details of membership fees paid or not, different colours/status for paid and non-paid members, certificate to be issued for paid members based on membership no. For Admin panel 5. Updating of Details, photo and news of upcoming/past events and meeting, any category or notifications (CRUED) 6. SMS & email integration for sending notifications to all members/contacts. 7. App notification to be sent on this app to all members 8. Payment gateway integration 9. Space for banner/ads management in app 10. Link for others app (going on other app installed/google play link through click on this app) 11. Communication/chat between members (this can be made on/off by the admin) 12. List of all members with all above details can be exported in pdf, excel, word etc. plus on web portal of app. 13. Creation/Password reset/account alteration/addition/deletion/suspension of account of any member. 14. All the details of any members can be made mandatory or non mandatory by admin. For Super Admin: 1. All details as required for admin and users 2. CRUED functions to admin. 3. list of admins with their account status 4. Renewal and subscription base and its details. 5. Subscription management and invoicing and transaction records. 6. Admin registration and onboarding. 7 reports overall and admin wise. Delivery required 1. Flutter app 2. Web portal running with same ALL details and login/registration. 3. Full Source code of development work for webapp and android app. 4. Documentation with all detail. Before award requirement 1. Technology details, language and other specifications based on which app and web portal will be developed.
