We have a free, early literacy app that has been previously published for both Android and iOS. It is designated as a children and family-friendly app, and previously has been accepted into Google's "Designed for Families" category.
In the last year, we began receiving emails from Google saying that our app was not compliant with their policies, saying that our app "includes non-certified ad SDKs or SDKs that are not approved for use in child-directed services."
Our app does not use any ad SDK, and does not serve ads, ever. We believed that the issue might stem from our use of Expo, which might include Facebook Ad SDK, so we ejected our Android build from Expo and tried to remove all traces of Facebook Ad SDK.
We need help reviewing our code to see if we can identify the issue that keeps flagging our app on Google Play and to plan what we might do to rectify the problem.
