Handyman app for ios/android same like freelancer app

Need an app for handyman (ios/android) with backend full control. Similar to freelancer idea and similar like R a f e e q app with Arabic language. The idea basically that costumer will select the type of work he want to be performed such as plumping, electrician etc. 3 type of access: Vendor (app) Costumer (app) Admin (backend) Costumer: - Able to select the type of job he want the handyman to perform. - Point to his location. - Post a job. - Receive a job request number. - Receive Bids from the nearest handyman. - Select the most recommended handyman. - Pay online. - Provide feed back after completing each task. - Push notification to complete the request in draft that he did not complete. - Costumer able to track the vendor on map or by minutes till reaching to costumer location. Vendor: - Set his profile and location. - Bid on requests in his location. - Able to reject an offer after accepting. - Approve the completion of the task. - Have a page of total amount of earning/withdrawal. Admin: - Set a commission to be taken from each transaction. - Full control over the above, including vendor registration approval. - Full reports about all activities including: A. registered in the system and didn't use it. B. makes a job order and didn't complete it. - Send a reminder to the customer when he starts creating a job and does not complete it. - Send offers to specific customers already registered in the system. - Send email to specific customers with text and files. - The admin can reorder the service providers in the list that appears to the customer(Give a high ranking). - The admin can send push notification messages to the costumers and vendors separately.
