if you find the given cost higher then I suggest you to change the requirement and as you have mentioned you want the similar app like tik tok which is a huge success now cannot be built within the budget specified. There are multiple application similar to tiktok in the market which are vigo video, zilli and other Chinese application. I can create a clone like tiktok within 2 months but you need to be flexible with budget and you will need a cloud storage to store the user base and the videos. let me know your thoughts on this and I am looking forward to working with you.
