Build an android app

Below is the outline of the android app we are seeking. The app main goal is to capture dimensions of different elements inside a house. This is for an interior designer. Must provide facility to navigate different project, and must also provide navigation between rooms inside the project. (not video navigation) 1) Step 1: create a project. a. Name of project b. Address c. Customer name d. Customer phone number e. GPS location (real time capture) 2) Now a blank project opens. 3) Step 2: create new room 4) Step 3: create an element 5) Each element has a. Title/Name b. Width, height, depth c. Capture Picture d. Description e. Reference On completion save. 6) Once entire room is completed, go back to project screen and click on “create new room” 7) User should be able to only deactivate any entity but not delete. 8) User should be able to correct the dimensions 9) When a room is created no 2 elements inside the room can have same title/name 10) On completion and submission, we should be able to generate an excel of the captured data.
