Tus dos guías traen el número del destinatario en formatos distintos: una con +502, la otra sin él. Ojo con un detalle de tus PDFs: en la segunda, "Telefono:" es del remitente y "Contacto:" es del destinatario, hay que agarrar el correcto o le escribes a quien no es. Los dos traen capa de texto, así que nada de OCR: los leo directo con PdfBox, ubico nombre/guía/teléfono por etiqueta en cada plantilla y normalizo a E.164 (antepongo +502 cuando falta) o la Cloud API rechaza el número. El otro punto: la API oficial de WhatsApp no manda texto libre a quien no te escribió antes; va con plantilla aprobada por Meta. Tu mensaje personalizado se arma como plantilla y la app rellena nombre y número de guía en {{1}} y {{2}}. Eso te lo dejo explicado en la guía de config (token, número, webhooks). Estos dos formatos son los únicos, o pueden aparecer más variantes de guía?
