Extracting Product Price details from Amazon to Database

I need someone to write a script in Python to extract data from Amazon of all the available products in India. The extracted data needs to contain the productID, title, webURL, actual price, offer price, discount %. Some of my co-workers suggest using the PA API. But you can go with scraping as well. You may choose any approach he feels is best for the the job. We need this to be done as quickly as possible (possibly within 2-3 days). The pricing of the project will depend on the quality of the script (time complexity, approach selected, etc.) and time taken to complete.
