Build me AWS/GCP/Azure Deployable website. The website should have OAuth login. It should have a Modal Popup to collect Polls and Survey data and stores it in cloud database. The Webapp should be able to access location and Webcam on Laptop, mobile.

You can use any framework - .Net, Spring, PHP, Java, Python. But you have to convince why the suggested architecture is best and can be horizontally/Vertically scalable.
